April Events
On Saturday 17 April at 7.00pm: a fund-raising Champagne Reception with celebrity guests including Dame Anne Evans, with a ticket price that gives a chance to win a special raffle prize, at the Scottish Arts Club in Edinburgh. And on the following evening Sunday 18 April a talk by the most distinguished recent biographer of Sir Thomas Beecham, John Lucas, at the Edinburgh Society of Musicians at 8.00pm, with rare recordings of Beecham's great contribution to Wagner interpretation, and rare film of the Maestro himself.
